OPTIONAL ERROR

I have a new sharp mx m356 and has an error F1-95 the manual told that was the optional error.
Is it possible to set the optional on the service program mode?
Can you help me guys to this problem thank you everymuch

Sim 22-10....will show machine config, along with installed options.

Make sure Sim 26-1 is set properly
