I have seen this happen. Replacing the keyboard fixed it.

I have had this happen a few times. Reseat the connectors if you haven't already done so. If that doesn't work, then you can either replace the little board that is on the keyboard or replace the keyboard.

Maybe to calibrate display?
I think that sim is 65-01

Sounds like the display got hit with disinfectant. Have you tried to clean key contacts?
