i am having colour printnig problem, the magenta always soil the entire paper

Try to replace mc unit or drum.

please i have but still it give me same proble.

if i may ask is there a way i could just disable the color option and use only black?

swap drum units between the magenta and the cyan.

Did the problem move with the drum?

Swapped but the problem still stays with the magenta

The machine was actually new which has been idle for along time
Yes 22-6. Same problem
