Charge unit or transfer roller swapped out? It REALLY looks like the drum blade is not cleaning properly, Is it brown instead of clear?

The drum blade is new as well as the drum. The blade is clear. The new drum/blade made absolutely no difference in print/copy quality.

Did you clear the drum count with a 24-4 followed by a 46-74, 46-24? Could be charge grid, did you replace the entire MX-560MK kit? Or just drum and cleaning blade? I am assuming you are replacing with OEM parts? I would also replace the transfer kit (MX-560TU). I am also assuming toner is OEM?

Issue is edge to edge, looks like a charge grid to me. You mentioned it gets worse as you run it which makes me think charge grids even more. Pull the door open right before the page hits the fuser, look for these marks on the drum to confirm.

Clean the mag roller, you may find it has a film of toner on it.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

Make sure the discharge lamp lens in the drum unit is clean as well as the discharge LED on the inside rear frame. The discharge lens is that clear plastic thing you had to remove to get to the drum blade.

If the main charger hasn't been replaced I would start there (MX-560MK), if that has been changed then DV (MX-561NV) would be the next place I would go.

This is likely the cause of that if a new charger does not fix it. That crap is hard to get off too. Scotch brite pad or emery cloth.
