Aquos board service-where?

We are a sharp dealer and have only sold a couple touch boards. One is giving a problem with a light streak going down middle of page. I can not find any info on sharp idnc service about service manual or parts fot the screen.Anybody know how to go about servicing these as a dealer? We are tring to contact our rep about this but so far no luck responding.

What model are we talking about? The one I have that has a line through it needed a LCD to be replaced. The cost of the LCD was more than a new board.

These come with a 3 year on-site limited warranty. I think a warranty card comes with each Aquos interactive display.
