    MX-M7570 toner in tray 2

    have a mxm7570 that has toner getting into tray 2. cant figure out how. anyone come across this?

      I would like to suggest gravity is the issue....

          If it is in the rear of the tray I would suggest it could have something to do with the toner waste system
