    DX-B printers

Has anyone encountered one of these yet? We have 2 and both are POS. It takes 10-15 seconds after you hit the print button to get it to start to print then the quality is very dark and tons of scan lines.

Ordered two. One went straight back and the other has sat in a corner of the set-up area ever since.

I have ordered models over the years and knew within a few minutes of being hands-on with them that we would never sell them. The DX-B352P has been added to that list.

Regarding your sign. Have you noticed that just prior to 2020 Sharp slowly moved away from their copier products being made in China? I saw a copier come in that was made in Thailand and then started watching. Soon toners had a white label on them with Made in Japan. When I pealed it back it had Made In China printed on the box. I checked in drums today at they were made in Japan. I am not sure the reason. Did the Japanese know something? Did Taiwan based Foxconn make the decision?

Without any knowledge, as to the actual why, I would have to guess FOXCONN

They don't like envelops. We had to take back 2 of them.

We have put a couple out and they seem to be working ok so far but the Sharp Service Site basically has no info on this machine, also Haven't found a confirmed yield for the toner. Looking online at toner a few sites list it at 6K but we have went through like 10 toners on 3 printers and maybe a total of 24K combined.
