MX4070 goes to Telephone mode when scanning selected

Hi Guys I remember a similar issue a few yeas ago when the user tries to scan the machine switches to easy fax telephone mode. I thought I remembered that a device on the telephone line was active but I had the customer remove the Line from Fax and it was still doing it.

Note: This Soft switch is for this is found in Sim 66-1
