    MX-M905 One Drive

Hello. I have a problem with the OneDrive connector on two MX-M905s and one MX-7580. Sometimes they don't connect to the OneDrive server, giving the error (10030000). However, models on the same network as the MX-4071 work perfectly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

have you compared the settings between the working/non units?

    could be network settings

you really didn't give us enough info to go on to even make a guess.

Yes Phil. The 905s have been working properly until a week ago ... I have compared the settings with the 4071 and everything is the same, network configuration, enabled ports, Onedrive configuration ... etc. The firmwares are updated to the latest version that Sharp has provided me. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, I think it is a problem in the output filters of the client's network, but of course, it says that how can it be that some work and others do not ... and in the settings I do not see anything different or that has been changed ... The point is that I can tell the client to look, since the fault is intermittent. Thanks for your answer.

      Excuse my english...Gogle translate...

Are you trying to scan to the free version of Microsoft's OneDrive or OneDrive for Business hosted by a paid subscription to MS365?

have you tried a different port on the switch/router?

it could be failing and giving the intermittent error.

yes same switch BUT different PORT...PORTS do go bad while the switch remains viable.

could be restrictions ... but we still need more info from you.

I also believe that it is a matter of restrictions in the network, I will insist that the client review it, but since the MX-4071, M5070, MX3071 ... work well, the client does not understand why some models work and others do not with the same configuration ... only 905 and 7580 fail ... What other information can be useful?

Just guessing here but by the models you listed I would suspect security protocols supported on the newer models that the older Herc and Polaris units do not support. A TLS or SSL version or I have seen Sharp OSA version cause similar issues.

The error you listed (10030000), is that from the Job Log ?
