sharp mx3050n

I just got this machine in. only 19k. toner levels dont show up. says no paper output tray. adf does not show up and the second tray does not show up. sent logic board to hytec and they said to ship to them. but said no problems. i see there no sd card. is it maybe the mfp board. odd that the second tray plugs into lower logic board and thats the one i sent in for repair. with no problems. also does anyone know how to rest admin password on mx3570. i guess there is no dip switch on main board. thanks for any help.

Hi Clark you need to contact your local sharp they can come and reset the Admin password they need to put a code into the machine they get another code out of the machine then Japan can issue a key to reset the password.
