Hi, this machine belongs to my old customer and showing E1 88, but lack of money to change the board. And a friend told me that I should do firmware update that am never do before please any help. I will be appreciate

The last firmware released was 2014. These machines need to be connected with a serial cable to a PC. Most PCs dont have them anymore. You will also need the update software from sharp. I havent had much luck with these old machines and firmware updates with newer PCs.
