Can't get into extended test commands for MX2610 to do 88-1

Are you sure it's not the network blocking you?

Install Argo mail on your laptop and connect with a cross over cable. It's super simple and basic.

This one is old as dirt but it works well. The document was made by Sharp Canada years ago. Set static IP on your laptop, go to SMTP settings, point to your laptops IP using port 25. No authentication or SSL needed. Try on a working machine first so you know what you are doing at the customer site. Make sure your laptop is set to "private" vs "public so the copier can see your laptop.
