New to sharp independent dealer

Hello everyone, I have received a sharp mx3071S and need to wipe out previous customer information and any settings that they have made to copier. Is there a code that will initialize copier and put everything back to factory settings. thanks for your help in advance

Go to settings, log in as a administrator, then go to security settings and data initialization, it will factory reset your device
