    BP 70c-45 lines

We have had these problems on a few of the BP series machines. On all that have had this problem, changing the drums fixes the problem. I have seen the service bulletin about if the machine is not going to be used to move charge rollers off of the drums like they are supposed to be when you set up machine. These lines look like that same problem, except the machines are in regular use. Wondering if anyone else is having problems like this, or any soloutions. Thanks for any help or suggestions. There is a bulletin about CHANGE OF MCR UNIT, this mentions the lines you are getting, looks like there has been a change of material, perhaps having these along with the bulletin mentioning that the charge rollers moving periodically may help your issue. (SIM55-1 SW5 Data6 0: OFF?default? 1: ON)
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

Thanks for the reply. I cant find this bulletin for the life of me. Gone through them a few times. Sounds real promising. I will keep looking.

I also spent an hour yesterday looking for that bulletin and only came up with a headache. Could you post the doc?

Appreciate the heads up! Was hoping they'd mention an improvement addressing the awful noise those things can make...

There is a bulletin about a mod to one of the fans, can't find it at the moment, of course. Basically putting a shim between the fan and the metal bracket. The motor on the crossover assembly is causing me a lot of heartache. Tried shims and replaced the motor, no joy. Eventually just flexed the metal it is attached to and it helped

                  Would that be this mod?

One of our techs have seen the fan noise issue. However, I personally have had to lubricate almost a dozen charge rollers for a very high pitched squealing noise. Was hoping to see an improvement based on this bulletin:
