MX-B557P Squeaking noise

We had a few machines that started squaking like crazy lateley...

Problem seems to be located in the duplex module.

The little roller in the picture squeals like crazy.

The only solution we have found is to replace the entire duplex module...

Has any one of you encoutered this problem before?

There is a new report from Sharp regarding noise from the devices

I have not seen this document. Can't find this document. In fact I see no Sharpmark models even listed in the drop down in the Bulletin library.

I have never looked for a Sharpmark bulletin though as we are a Lexmark dealer also and use their service site for all Lexmark made devices. I found nothing there either regarding tis noise.

sorry, my mistake. That's this Lexmark version, the service email isn't for that. But for the latest Sharp series
