Hello all,
We have an MXC407P in our shop that throws a few errors on startup on a blue screen.
Engine Error [142.82A] (also shows 120.80A sometimes) (also shows 151.82a sometimes)
Service C PC Motor
/usr/bin/hydra:1775
rtsvc.eit
Collectin Debug...
Please wait
After a while, it shows "To continue, power off, wait 10 seconds, power on."
One thing happed...the client tried to move the printer and accidentally disconnected the second tray while the printer was on...
i'm guessing the motherboard is fried?
