Place the latest Firmware on the root directory of your USB Drive. It must be the only file on the USB Drive as well for this procedure to work.
Open the Main Right Door and install the USB Drive.
Press & Hold the Address & C buttons, then power on. Do not release these buttons until Download Mode appears on the display (about 15 seconds).
The device will start the Firmware Recovery Mode. When finished, close the Main Right Door and power the device off. Remove the USB Drive and power on.
The device should be operational again. If the same boot-loop continues, the device will need a replacement MFP Board and Panel Board.
    Hi.
I received a copy of the firmware in zip file
    NEOMFP_[MCU]0210E100_[PNL]31110000.zip
Into the zip I find some pdf document about the upgrade and the file sfu

I save the file sfu on a USB pen drive 2.0 (only file in the drive)
I plug the pen drive in usb printer port, open the right pannel and press in the some time address and c button. I power up the printer with the buttons pressed. I wait but the printer restart after 20 seconds.

I try to format in Fat, Fat 32, ntfs, but nothing. ๐Ÿ˜ข

    Any ideas?

Are you using the front USB port?
If the steps provided do not work, you have a faulty MFP Board. It cannot be restored from the boot loop and will need to be replaced.

I had recently setup a C300w with a similar issue of it self-restarting. I had replaced the MPFC board from another machine we had sitting around and it fixed the issue. Be sure to use the current EEPROM on the bad MPFC board and to handle it with care to not bend the pins. Good luck!
