MX-2600 C4-02 code

I replaced the PTC unit with a brand new one and continued to receive the same code. I then went to Sim. 55-1 and set switch 8-3 to 1 instead of 0. After that I started getting C4-10 code but can print to the machine and if I press OK, I can also copy. Hytec thinks it may be the power supply board. Any other ideas will be helpful.

Make sure replacement is OEM.

PUT SOFT SWITCH back to 0.

And most importantly... Very very important... reset ptc under sim 24.

Full power cycle, and you should be good to go.

Don't forget to update the firmware.
