Sharp also has a new feature (year or 2 old) that you can go onto the idncservice website and input the information there. No need to call tech support...

PS you can clone another machine with a known Pswd and place that clone on your unit. The password will revert to that units password. Have had mixed results with this plus you lose a lot of your settings so not really recommended!

You simply call Tech Support, provide your Web ID, the serial #, the reset issue code, and they will email you the reset key within 24 hours.

Good morning, can anyone help me? I have a Sharp Mx-2651 that has had its administrator password changed. I entered with * 4 - 6 - 3 // and the string AQYFL8NF comes out. I need the code to insert.
