Adjusting a Bp-FD10

We recently put out a BP-50M26 with a internal folder FD10. It's the only one we have out there, and we were trying to adjust the tri-fold. We were going by the service manual but it's not real clear. The problem were having is the front page is off 2-3mm and no matter how we adjust it, we can get that dead on but then the inside fold is off. Has anyone had any experience adjusting these ? Is there some trick to it ? Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure that's how its meant to be, its called a Z Fold all of the FD10's we have do that with factory settings.
