Hello,
The customer has a MX5070V. If they print one-sided documents there are no problems. Whenever they print double sided the paper has a wrinkle (around the middle left) and an fold (upper left conner), see attachements.
I thought that it was the fuser so i replaced to check but that wasn't the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Sharp MX5070V double side print fold + wrinkle
I had this recently same machine and double sided fault. But didn't take proper notes.
Pretty sure it was a build up of toner etc on the fingers of the exit section and a thorough clean solved it.
Had a fuser with me and had tried that firstly.
Assuming this machine has a couple of hundred thousand pages through it.Leave a comment:

Re: Sharp MX5070V double side print fold + wrinkle
I would look at the duplex area since it only happens on duplexed copies.
Try to stop the copier after the paper has passed through the duplex unit to see if there is any damage to the paper.
I think the paper is catching on something which folds the corner over and then the paper is twisted because of this and the wrinkle is made because the paper is twisted in the paper path.Leave a comment:
