I Forgot that simulation on sharps

Hello every one, i hope u doing well;
i need a help on a sharp Mx M3551 machine that is giving a headache with jums and jums again and again, h5-01....
can some one help me, i have forgotten that simulation to print one or 2 paper of jam list columns with it date and time a side, it's begin with some thing like 50....;
am not talking 22-6

There is an issue with the fuser harness connecting into the machine in these MXM models.
we have solved these phantom jams by adding 4 small washers behind the connector on the fuser to pack it out and extend it a millimetre or so further into the body of the machine.
Sharp have a bullitin on this.
