I bought a Sharp MX4071 device, and there's an issue. When I try to access the admin section, it asks for a password. The default password, which was "admin," has been changed. How can I enter this section or remove the password?
Check previous posts about this. You will need to submit the reset code, model & ser # to Sharp tech support. They usually respond back via email within 24 hrs w/ unique one use key. Of course, you need to be an authorized dealer w/ your own tech ID.
