Sharp Mx4071 Password

I bought a Sharp MX4071 device, and there's an issue. When I try to access the admin section, it asks for a password. The default password, which was "admin," has been changed. How can I enter this section or remove the password?

There are 2 ways

1 get in touch with Sharp (if you have access to IDNC site then you can do it from there) and get the new key (this will allow you to reset the password
2 clone a machine that you know the password and put it on your machine (haven't tried this but both methods are mentioned in other threads on this site)

What do you mean by the file? Do you mean transferring the file to the hard drive will fix it?"
