FN29 remove paper from exittray

Hello,

I have a MX6071 with a FN29 attached. When we print A4 there is no problem. When we print A3 on the middle tray (see images) the message comes after 4 prints to remove the paper from the exit tray. Does anyone has a clue what this problem could be?

I found the issue, it was the plate on the left side of the tray that goes thought the sensors. It was a little bit bend.
