Re: MX-3060 N without function
Did you swap the EEPROM? If the EEPROM doesn't match the machine it will give you an error. You need to take the chip off the old board and put it on the new one -
Re: MX-3060 N without function
Each MFP board is unique, so you will not be able to bypass this Trouble Code E7-61 with a different model MFP Board.
Fans running then restarting is a sign of onboard memory failure. What is the combination of LED's on the MFP Board during attempted bootup? (details in the SM). It does look like you've already traced the problem to the MFP board if all original items are installed on the new board (albeit wrong board).Comment

Re: MX-3060 N without function
Bottom LED's are correct.
mSata Blue LED is correct.
Top LED's are incorrect. You should have 4 solid LED's on the left side of the set.
The repair is in this order: Replace mSata first, Replace MFP Board if problem continues.
You are going nowhere fast with the wrong MFP board. You will not be able to resolve a MX3060N problem with an MX3560N MFP Board.
Install a new mSata into the MX3060N MFP Board. If that fails, you'll need a new MFP Board.Comment
