fax forwarding on SHARP MX-B468F

Hi We have a SHARP MX-B468F to forward faxes to Network and FTP
although the configuration is set on forward and not print and forward it still prints out every received fax
anyone else come across this ? any suggestions?

Is it printing and sending the fax or just printing ?
Did you test the scan destinations and made sure they're working ? They have a default name etc... ?
Sure about the shortcut number ?
On my doc "Enable Color Fax Receive" and "Enable Caller ID" are checked.
