Sharp MX301w - Ticking noise

hi guys,

got an annoying ticking noise on a Sharp MXC301W, it happens on start up then goes after the calibration process then comes back when you try to print,

could this be the fusing drive assembly? we have tried to lubricate the gears but to no avail

In the fuser drive unit, A nightmare to remove and replace. Almost all do it eventually but doesn't cause any problem, I tell customers it is normal for its age,
