Light copies MX-C507F

Hello,

I have a MX-C507F that only show light copies when printing black. The color copies are good. The black image / dev unit are allready been changed.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Open the right side toner door and make sure the front side post that opens the shutter on the black toner is not broken off. We have customers that find a way to snap this post off. The posts are not available so it requires the entire door to be replaced. Once you have replaced a door you will then have 3 good posts to use down the road.

I just checked the pins on the door, but they are all there, no broken ones.

I've noticed these machines print very light.

If you go to the webpage you can darken your prints.
