printer error 0414 is problems with pdf

there is a special firmware on ftp-server

Did you configure / update the print driver ensuring tray 3 & 4 show in the print driver as they do at the machine ?
What does the job log show ?

Ensure the Sleep Mode Power Level is set for Fast Wake Up, not Low Power mode.
This won't shut down the NIC and Processor, but still allow normal sleep mode to occur.
