When having build up issues on these fusers and the M5050 MFPs I have increased the temperature +5 across the board. These fusers rely on high temps to fuse *all* the toner to the page, requiring minimal cleaning. Once I increase temps, I run about 20 blank copies through to clear up and buildup and my issue usually resolves. On the M5050 if the issue remains we have usually been replacing those fuser units because we have found them to not be rebuildable after a few rebuilds.
