This can cause you to pull your hair out. This machine had multiple problems. The tray 4 which is the large cap tray would not feed. I thought it was the feed clutch, I removed and installed a drive unit from a machine in the shop. Still had the same problem. Troubleshooting said the PCU board. I replaced that and the machine is working. When I installed the drive unit from the customers machine back into ours it smoked the PCU board. I found the feed clutch came apart on the inside and shorted out.
