MX-B450P F2-64

We've a client with 20 or so of these machines, and a lot of F2-64 errors.

They are pretty new, tried update to no avail.

Any ideas?

This has been discussed on this site and these are a lexmark clone. It seems Lexmark has a new firmware for this that is not yet available for the Sharp machines

As far as I know, these are NOT Lexmark clones.

Lexmark clones give Lexmark errors...

This one is pure Sharp.

Toner Cartridge Lock Clip has been updated from MLOKZ0010QSZZ to MLOKZ0011QSZZ.
Cartridge Lock Clip can become damaged or deformed, causing the cartridge to not completely lock in place. F2-64 s the code which appears in this case.
Production changed in December 2020, so all devices made prior to this may need this new part.
