Maybe try swapping drums into different slots and see if lines change. All we had like that were from the charge unit in the drum unit.I know you changed the black drum unit, put it in a different position and see what happens.

those look like charge unit lines, try a new drum in like the black drum unit and see if it goes away

I know the issue, y'all moved the machine and didn't properly lock it down, the charge units are screwed. We learned the hard way, we ended up replacing all 4 drum units.

its the drums themselves. They have a flat spot on all 4 drums from the charge rollers not being disengaged. Common issue if the device has been in storage for a number of months or transported from one site to another

You just need to replace the drums, not the entire drum unit.
