Finishers and Accessories

Is there anyway to tell what finishers and accessories a machine has with MICAS? Often we have a call with a code that points towards a finisher or accessory and the code is too generalized for us to be able to tell what specifically it has on it. This would mostly be beneficial on our accounts that are an hour+ out of town. If not, do you have any suggestions on how to keep up with that? The application we use to work with is FORZA by MWA Intelligence. As far as we are aware we cannot store that information on accounts through this software.

In Advanced View you should see all the accessories listed under the Main tab. You may need to scroll down.
