We just had the exact same thing happen last week. I didn't see it jam, but the next day it started getting a boot loop. In our case, my colleague noticed it stopped doing it when the lower paper cabinet was disconnected. He unplugged the different components one by one until he got to one of the sensors causing it when it was connected. A different sensor didn't change anything. The wiring went directly to the PCU. So we think there's something going on there. We had another that had a bad surge box causing it. So there might not be a single cause, but generally there may be a fluctuation in power somewhere along the line. there are some other posts that have extra suggestions. Good luck.

some customers no matter how many times you tell them just turn machine off and on to try to clear jams. I think if they dont fully clear out jams and turn machine off/on you will get that code. I have never seen that code until the bp series and I see it somewhat often, when I can find no fault of the machine.
