ICU_JAM on MX-3071

We have a MX-3071 that throws ICU_JAM when scanning recto_verso

This means ICU STOP JAM according to the manual...

Single side scan works perfectly.

Any idea what this actually means?

There is a data problem with the DSPF CCD Unit. This occurred also on the MX3070 series too (to either CCD Unit).
The DSPF CCD Unit has had 4 part updates since original release. Check your serial number and compare to part updates.
Check/Reposition harness from DSPF CCD Unit to DSPF Control Board. Run shading adjustments and CCD calibration with the adjustment sheets.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to replace the DSPF CCD Unit and perform calibrations & adjustments on that.

problem was the connector from the dspf to the main board...wasnt plugged in correctly.
