Wait, hold up. You changed the DV unit? You changed a board? WHY?

How do you know if toner didn't drop? Was there an error code? For which color? Did you check the operation of the toner motor? How about the spring in the toner motor coupling? Was the DV unit magnet roller spinning? Did you check to see if the main drive is sticky? I mean, what about the toner auger, was the auger cracked? Stuck? Was it full? Did the end user, or perhaps maybe YOU, SHAKE THE D*MN TONER?

I mean, I'm not even going to start asking why did you replace the board. But for the love of God tell me you at least did the cheapest option first and re-flashed the firmware.

So many questions.
