MX-C607P Won't wake up from sleep mode when sending a print job

Machine will not wake up when sending a print job. I can go to the machine after the print job has been sent and wake it up by pressing the home key and the job will print.

I disabled the hibernate mode so the printer won't turn itself off and lengthened the time out for the sleep mode to get them by.

The newest firmware is on the machine and I did check for an IP conflict.

    Anyone seen this?

This is a rebadged Lexmark printer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen a similar issue on a MX-C402SC. After fighting with the sleep and auto power shutoff settings over the span of a couple of weeks and getting nowhere, we ended up disabling mDNS and SNMP before it started waking up correctly again. Never figured out how or why either of those would affect waking the machine from sleep, but we weren't going to argue with results

      Re-flash the firmware.

Latest firmware has this specific problem listed:

      (1) Correction of hang-up which may occur while printing from Mac OS11 depends on the original

      Version 075.271

EDIT: I didn't see that you have the latest firmware. If you did... I'm not sure about the rebadged Lexmark, but I have had Sharp Engineers at tech support tell me that standard re-flash sometimes fail, and they have had to do it in CN Update mode. Although, I am not sure the rebadged has the CN Update mode available.

I have always had issues with "Auto Power Shut-Off" mode with various Sharp Printers, looks like it's consistent with their software, I advise to disable it as well, and just leave it at fast wake up. (If the ReBadged Lexmark has the capability).
