backup and clone everything in the machine but the user information.

then run the end of lease option to reset to factory settings.

You can then push the backup and clone information back into the machine.

That's interesting. Maybe you could import the non account code option to a usb flash drive, replace the hard drive with a new one, export the data from your usb flash drive and then start over?

If you turn off user control and turn it back on everything is still there. I tried to set control so anyone could do black and only people with a code can do color. That worked but the black users were also blocked out from many other things. When I tried to set the allowed defaults for black that worked but now it screwed up other settings. I tried to reverse everything back to a fresh start again but it does not seem to get to fresh start again. So I am trying to erase everything back to fresh start-but not affect other settings of machine.

    3570 user account codes

I am working on a 3570 but I think all sharps user control works pretty much the same. I am wondering if there is a way to delete all user code settings back to a fresh start but without resetting anything but the user control?
Working...
