in installtion of NC5J CARD in AR M450 is there any simulation used to make the copier sense the card or just install the card only ?

If this is an ARM450U, you will need the printer expansion kit (ARP14). You'll get a main and boot flash rom with an application number for your product key.
If it's an ARM450N, you should have no problem if you do a NIC reset.
