    Box Connector on BP-70C31

    I have a customer trying to use the Box Connector. When they input their username and password, the screen goes blank (white) and it eventually times out. I was told by the Sharp TAC, when working with a previous customer, that the Box account had to be a business account. This customer has a Box Business account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

      I reached out to the Sharp TAC and they say that the Box Connector has been broken for some time. They got it working in February, but it went down again in April. They had no ETA on when it would be fixed when I spoke to them.
