    [Misc] Airprint IPADos18 problem on sharp cr4

    GOOD DAY EVERYBODY.
    Today try to help client to setup AirPrint from her ipad (os18) to print on MX-3050V (with PK13 kit installed) but came out this messange "THE PRINTER NO LONGER AVAILABLE". Already helped to install sharpdesk mobile, but she said some pdf files cant print out and very slow .So she prefer to use Airprint cause she has a small Brother MFP without any issues on airprint.

    No user authentication enable on the copier. MX-3050v firmware updated to 08.00K1
    i did
    1)mDns enable
    2)ipp ssl enable
    3)ipp enable

    Can let me know anything was overlooked?

      There is a tech report from Sharp:
      AirPrint issues with certain PDF files in connection with iOS 18.
      - AirPrint print jobs get stuck in the print queue

      - Job log shows error 0414 when printing via AirPrint

      Response Level TPM Since iOS 18, problems can occur when printing PDF files using AirPrint.

      The print job gets stuck in the MFP's queue and is discarded after a while. The job is listed in the job log with error 0414.

      Apple has changed the data transfer behavior with iOS 18. As a result, some print jobs are transferred to the MFP too slowly.

      To avoid this problem, the reception speed has been adjusted in a special firmware.

      Please note that the special firmware cannot solve the problem in all cases, as there are cases where the transfer speed is significantly too slow.

      The special firmware can be found on the FTP server:

      The fix is ​expected to be included in RC Firmware 05.2025.

      Note: This issue does not occur with Sharpdesk Mobile.
