Getting a lot of calls in the last 2 weeks of people having scanning to email issues. Come to find out they were all using office 365. The newer machines I was able to updated the firmware and make them work. But the older machines I had to switch to a gmail account. I cant find the sharp doucment that tells me which ones are capable which ones arent. I did find a technical Tip bulletin TT-061115_1R3 that talks about NTLM version 1 and 2 , but I believe there is a 3 out now and thats the bulletin I am looking for. Anyone have information on this topic?

We've been having the same problem as well with this machine. Guidance we got from the hotline was that there is no firmware patch for it at the moment. -

I was informed recently that anything over 10 years old is no longer supported for the new email protocols. Not sure how that applies to Office 365 since you got your gmail account to work.
