      Log in to Webpage and try Application settings - networkscanner settings - administration settings

      or you could try System settings - image send settings - scan settings, where you can set various items for scanning.
      Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

          Make sure to use smtp.gmail.com port 587 and setup DNS to Google server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
