Sharp MX-4100 does not print in color

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a MX-4100n machine, in a windows 8 does not print in color only black and white, if you send in black and white document prints perfectly, but if you send it in color it seems that the machine will print, because the data light comes out but the second is removed and does not print, I tried to put it in color preferences as the print settings, also to reinstall the driver you have is the plc6.
Can anyone think of anything?

Do you have account codes turned on? Restore factory settings.

If you send a color job with codes on, you will hear the LSU polygon start whining, then poof no job or record of it in the job log.
You can turn this off in the webpage without wiping all settings:

The problem was that the user that had the client had been created by them without color permissions, thanks to all.
