    MX3571 with H7-10

    Hello,

The customer has a MX3571 with nearly 4000 copies. Yesterday it got a H7-10 message. After turning the machine off and on it turned into H4-00. We replaced the fuser. Unfortunatly the machine goes into to a paper error without any paper to find in the machine.

Has anybody have an experience with a H7-10 code?

    Regards,

    Ramon

there are two bullitens for that code and model. First is a firmware update and second says to swab out the fuser and machine main connectors with alchohol. Hope these help. P.S. I am talking about the main fuser connector and the other half of connector in the machine.

If none of what is stated above resolves the issue you can slightly raise the fuser temperature in sims. I would only do that as a last resort though.

      Best of luck

For the engineers that also get this error code. We replaced the HL PWB and it solved the problem.
