[Error Code] MXC301w and F2-49

I recently changed the whole LSU unit and all was ok, but today the machine has shown a F2-49 error which is LSU thermistor trouble. Is there something I should have reset when fitting the LSU?

Pull the LSU and reseat the unit. Double check all your plugs, run sim 14 and see what it does. In the service manual it actually suggests checking all your connections between the MFPC PWB and the PCU PWB, LSUcnt PWB and MFPC PWB and the LD PWB and LSUcnt PWB.
