    CR5 frame fuser attachment

    Hello all,

Has anyone seen this before? This is the second machine we've had this on...

The fuser can not be attached anymore because the frame has broken and the metal plate that holds the fuserattachment-screw falls out.

Sharp says its because we tighten the screws to hard, or we tried to detach the fuser without loosening the screws...

So we made our own metal modifications and i'll be trying these out next week...but just wondering if its just us that got the brittle plastic frames?

Tell them to fuck off, they are aware of the problem on the earlier models and there is a fix.
There is a part to attache the fuser if the frame is broken :

Thank you so much for this!!!

Is there an official technical report too?
Or is this something from Sharp France?

Because Benelux has no idea this exists…but that happens a lot…
