MX-3071 Document Handling suddenly not working with Mac
Hi all,
Our office has a MX-3071 that is set up to hold prints in a custom folder until the user enters PIN at the machine.
On Windows, the documents are sent to the custom folder based on the job handling setup (folder name, pin)
However, Mac, both desktops and laptops, the files do not arrive in the requested custom folder.
Any tips on fixing this would be appreciated. I have made sure the settings were correct on both the printer and user computer, based on the User Manual
